being honest with my clients and their bookkeeping, but also making sure I do their bookkeeping as accurate as possible. I like to have an open ended relationship with my client and accept their feedback with grace

When I say I will do something, I will do it. I will always complete my jobs for each of my clients and if I have questions while doing this, I will make sure to ask my client so they understand where I am at in this process
Communication
I will always be easy to get ahold of, I give my clients multiple ways to contact me and adjusted business hours depending on my client's needs. I will always work with my client so they feel as if they can contact me to talk about their bookkeeping in a timely manner.

How We Help
Being unorganized with their books
Most of my clients come to me with unorganized transactions, catch ups for months or years, and I am able to help clean this up for them so their books are clean, precise, and easy to understand for the client.
Not understanding how their finances incorporate or affect their Income Statement
I am able to provide financial guidance with how categorizing the transactions affect the Income Statement. I can help the client understand parts of the income statement that may be confusing to them and address their questions.
Not understanding which transactions should be categorized to certain accounts
Sometimes, clients need a little education on the Chart of Accounts and how their categorization correlates with this. I am able to provide education and assistance in how each account should be used effectively to produce precise bookkeeping results.
